Earthquake strikes Afghanistan and Pakistan

An earthquake of 7.5 magnitude struck yesterday with devastating impact in Afghanistan and Pakistan. News reports suggest a death toll of over 200 people, with an expectation to rise.
Our member Pak Mission Society has provided the attached immediate repsonse update and is currently partaking in immediate assessment of affected areas in Northern Pakistan.
Please pray for the affected region; its people, its leaders and those seeking to respond as they assess the damage and loss.
